The villagers carried out the conservation program with the their own passion. Even the conservation program lacks of serious scientific research and planning, Shrding stream conservation still has some result after been protected for a long time. However, the stream conservation was forced to open due to the objection from some of villagers and anglers.

Just the same as the administration of conservation program, locals decided to open conservation without further planning and management. Such wrong decision resulted some poor fishers littered trash and carried game over the limitation. Finally, villagers were forced to close fishing zone in a hurry. There are only five days from opening to close. However, when does the stream open? And when will the authority establish proper fishing regulations? I have no idea.

I have spent five years on researching in river conservation, however, all my effort seen to be wasted. I expected that we could find a balance with conservation, economic and outdoor activity by studying the fishing regulations and C&R zone planning which applied in the foreign. But, will the politicians believe such ideas? I don't believe they would understand.
