什麼都不取，只留下美麗的影像與回憶─這是毛鉤旅行者所奉行的準則。

以下是毛鉤釣手執行釣後釋獲時所必須注意的要點。
1.盡量避免使用有倒鉤的魚鉤，並且養成配戴止血鉗垂釣的習慣，這個小工具可以救回很多魚的性命。
2.盡可能以手不碰魚、魚不離水的方式完成解鉤動作，若是必要用手抓魚時，務必以濕手接觸。

3.拍魚獲照無可厚非，但請在帶有淺水的地面完成，切勿把魚直接放在乾燥的沙地、水泥面拍照。

4.以正確的方式持魚；釋獲時，則以手讓輕輕托住魚，逆著水流，讓牠自行游開。

Catch nothing but leave the beautiful image and memory. This is the rule that observed by fly travelers.

There are several critical points that fly anglers should know when they practice catch & release.

1. Use the barb less hooks as possible as you can, and take a forceps when you are fishing, this tool can save many fish.

2. Try to keep the body of fish in the water without hand touching as possible as you can when you unload the hook. If it is necessary to hand the fish, be sure that your hands are wet.

3. If the angler wants to take photos for game fish, he must put the fish on the ground where covered by shallow water. It is harmful for fish to put it on the dry and sandy ground.

4. To hand the fish with proper method. When the angler are going to release the fish, he should support the fish with the hands and put it towards the upstream direction, then let the fish swim away by itself.
